RENT TO OWN FACILITY
Hammer Properties & Associates present the first of its kind “Rent to Own” facility in Pakistan. The tenants after making a certain amount of payment will be allowed to move in to their leased to purchase housing units. After moving in, the tenants will pay the remaining balance over a course of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years while living in the housing unit.
Hammer Properties & Associates have exclusive Pakistan wise rights for R20 trade mark and services under both R20 and "Rent to Own".
The flexible monthly installments will be paid like rent. Upon the completion of the full amount, the ownership of the housing unit will be transferred to the tenant as per local laws. The R20 system is in full compliance with F.A.T.F. regulations.
Here are some key features of our “Rent to Own” system.
- Rent stability: rent to remain uniform throughout the leased tenure. (Only a small increase, if required)
- "Rent to Own" facility, with repayment extended to a maximum of ten years, with a flexible monthly rent plan.
- No Bank Loan, no mortgage and no interest, the client simply pays monthly installments like rent while living in the housing unit.
